To be reward-driven or punishment-driven?

Reward-driven people are seekers who never feel enough. Once they get one reward, they will look for the next reward. They are self-motivated and don't have to be prompted to do something.

Punishment-driven people, on the other hand, like to relax under the trees. They are not self-motivated and have to be prompted to do something. Or they will do something out of fear.
